1. A $25 deposit is required for every service; a $50 dollar deposit is required for all micro link services once a consultation and date has been selected! Deposits are non refundable! Deposits do go towards your total.
2. No extra guest besides the individual being serviced.
3. Their is a 15 minute grace period on being late which a $25 dollar fee is applied to your total! After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you are responsible to reschedule! You are only allotted one time to reschedule before your deposit is void and a new deposit is required!
4. All appointments scheduled will be notified 24 hours before to confirm an appointment! If you need to reschedule please contact me 24 hours before! If I am contacted less than 24 hours before your appointment you will be charged $25 dollars to reschedule with me.
5. If you are every unsatisfied with your service you have 24 hours to contact me and state what you are not pleased with in order for it to be addressed and corrected!
6. The only extensions used for micro link installations are provided by MLU University! You are more than welcome to use other providers for your basic installs and closure installs! (Micro link installs do NOT include extensions! They are sold separately!)
7. All micro link installs require a consultation! Your appointment will be canceled if no consultation is booked prior.
8. Be sure to add any additional services before your appointment date because nothing extra can be added the day of!
